Since the backup target got disabled, it is not possible anymore to compare existing backups with existing snapshots and vice versa. So we need to check the creation timestamp and, for volumesnapshots and volumesnapshotcontent, check the label for the velero backup name.

No longer needed because snapshots and backups are now triggered by Longhorn, not Velero.
