Currently one of the two deployments (prometheus or loki) is out of sync in argocd because the controller-gen.kubebuilder.io/version annotation is different in both deployments.

Prometheus: controller-gen.kubebuilder.io/version: v0.11.1
Loki: controller-gen.kubebuilder.io/version: v0.9.2
